Shipping Policy


Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If you think there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, you may contact our customer service for enquiry.


Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Shipment method

We generally ship our parcels using Ninja Van or J&T Express.


Estimated delivery time

West Malaysia: 3-5 business days

East Malaysia: 7-10 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur. Kindly contact our customer service should you think the delivery is taking unusually long.


Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped and it contain your shipment tracking number. You can trace the shipment online after 24 hours.


Customs, duties and taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.



We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping company to file a claim.

Please save all damaged goods and packaging materials before filing the claim.


International shipping policy

We currently do not ship outside of Malaysia.
